Golden Hour Group was founded by Ella Volney in 2023. She created this company with two main goals in mind. The first was to attract the buyers to the Saint Lucian real estate market by advertising the countries merits. Secondly, she wanted to actively sell each property in the most efficient way possible with the goal of getting her clients top dollar for their investment.

Golden Hour Group achieves this by using disruptive and innovative methods to fully capture and communicate the appeal of the property, and by providing an all-inclusive vision of how the asset can perform for their investor clients.

Ella has many years of experience as a Realtor in one of the leading markets in the US, and being from Canada, understands the nuances of the Canadian market as well. She also has experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. This gives Ella a solid understanding of what foreign buyers are looking for and what they expect in terms of service.
